Film Series: Reliving the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema presents Macario, hosted by Alvaro Rodriguez

McAllen native and screenwriter Alvaro Rodriguez hosts the Reliving the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema Film Series on scheduled Sundays starting at 2 p.m. Rodriguez is the screenwriter of From Dusk Till Dawn: The Hangman’s Daughter (2000) for executive producers Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. The film series complements MOSTHistory’s new temporary exhibit, Lá Epoca de Oro: The Golden Age of Mexican Cinema in the Rio Grande Valley, open now through May 2012 in the Upper Old Jail Gallery.
