Advance (required) individual tickets for $125 per person and Reserved Tables for 10 persons at $1,250 are now on sale through Oct. 3. The auction catalogue can be viewed in advance by clicking here. The dinner auction event will include drawings, a tabletop auction, a blackboard auction and a live auction, ensuring there is something special for everyone. Purchase your tickets early so that you can advance register and maximize your time to bid in all of the auctions!

Whether you are able to attend ¡FANDANGO! 2014, everyone can participate in the Bucket Drawings. There will be two levels of tickets; the Muy Grande Buckets with one ticket for $25 and the Pequeño Buckets with five tickets for $25. Simply review the list of items, select the type(s) of ticket(s) you wish to purchase and the number of tickets you wish to place in which buckets. We will place your ticket(s) in the buckets for you! You do not have to be present to win a GoPro camera, an iPad, a $500 gift certificate to H-E-B, a pistol or a Bose Mini Bluetooth speaker in the Muy Grande Buckets or an array of gift certificates ranging from a customized dinner at Fromage Bistro & Wine Lounge, dining at P.F. Chang’s and BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse to spa services, personal training and more in the Pequeño Buckets! View the catalogue here for the complete list of auction items.

With Salsa y Tequila as the inspiration, this festive evening will be spiced up with auctions, drawings, flavorful Mexican cuisine and the number one asked for cocktail in North America — the margarita. Auction guests can participate in the Tabletop Auction, the Blackboard Auction and the Live Auction. This year’s auctions will offer items ranging from jewelry to handcrafted artwork, private parties to home décor and more. The Live Auction is sure to generate exciting action with trips including a four day/three night Napa Valley Escape and a two-part Beach to Mountain Getaway. For hunters, there’s an overnight nilgai cow hunt and fishing trip, a trophy buck hunt safari-style on the McAllen Ranch, a night vision Russian boar hunt for four with an overnight stay and a two-Saturday dove hunt. There’s also a deep sea fishing trip, a pig roast for 20 with live music and San Antonio Spurs tickets for six lucky fans — parking passes included!

Committee Chairman Diann Bartek and Co-Chairman Teresa Hunter will lead the night’s fiesta. Assisting in the festivities will be committee members Melissa Baldree, Gail Cappadona, Dusty Davenport, Mariella Gorena, Hector Guerra, Sally Guerra, Sharon McGhee, Kathleen Pebley, Ann Phillips and Vicki Skaggs. For more information or to purchase your tickets, stop by MOSTHistory in downtown Edinburg at 200 North Closner Boulevard on the Hidalgo County Courthouse square or call Evelyn Herbold at +1-956-383-6911.
