The Museum offers the Courtyard Gallery, a large conference room equipped with a large screen for media presentations, to businesses, organizations and/or school districts during the Museum’s regular hours of operation (8am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday and 1pm -5pm on Sunday). If you are interested in reserving the Courtyard Gallery for a daytime function just give us a call at 956-383-6911. The rental fee is $ 9.00 per person which includes admission to the Museum exhibitions or a flat fee of $ 375. An optional beverage service is available for a fee of $2.00 per person for a full day or $1.50 per person for a half day and includes water and coffee, both regular and decaffeinated.
For those special celebrations after 5pm in the evening, the Grand Lobby and/or the Courtyard Gallery are available for rental. The Heritage Courtyard, an adjacent outdoor space, offers yet another possibility. These spaces may be rented separately or may be combined to form the perfect venue for your event.
If you are interested in an evening event, it is best to call and make an appointment to view the spaces personally. The number of guests per space will vary depending on the desired set up and the adherence to safety codes and regulations. Rental fees vary according to the number of persons expected and other details. Tables and chairs may also be rented from the Museum.
